Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hrs before your schedule appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service total.

New client deposit

As a new client you will be required to pay a $75 deposit to book any color service. This deposit will go towards your total service cost day of appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refinement policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your hair, we are happy to make adjustments but we do not provide refunds. Please contact us within 72 hours of your original appointment, and we will schedule a refinement service to address your concerns. Pricing will be quoted if applicable at the time of your refinement service.

Arriving Late to an appointment

We understand life happens but in the event that you are arriving 15 mins past the scheduled appointment time. This may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service and you will be asked to reschedule.

deposit for extension installs

Before booking an extension install you must book an extension consultation, to be quoted and color matched. A deposit of 50% of your quoted total must be paid in order to reserve an appointment and order your hair.

Damaged or lossed items

While we do our best to ensure a clean and careful enviroment, we are not responsible for any damage to personal items such as clothing, accessories, or handbags (example. color stains). We also can not be held liable for the loss of personal belongings, including jewelry or other items that may be accidentally misplaced or dropped during your service. We recommend removing valuable items and wearing clothing that you are comfortable in.

Salon Scale

We use salon scale to accurately measure the amount of color used during your service. This ensures fair and transparent pricing based on product usage, in addition to the cost of labor. This charge will be included in your final total at checkout.

Outside quest / Non Service animals


Please refrain from bringing guests to your appointment. If you are visiting Studio 9 and are under the age of 18 you may be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Noted that it is not required to have one present during a service. Only service animals are welcomed to join you at your appointment.
